Abby's 40th OVER THE HILL Birthday Blog Hop

Hey, Y'all.....welcome to Abby's 40th OVER THE HILL Birthday Blog Hop! I am so happy to be a part of her birthday celebration! You should have come here from Annie's Blog. To start from the beginning start with Candace at Paper Crafts by Candace.

Abby and I have some things in common in the regard to our love of
Hello Kitty, Frida Kahlo and Sugar Skulls!  So, I made this shape card
as a Hello Kitty Frida Kahlo (straight copied from the project she made
when we had the Hello Kitty hop over the summer)!  For the sentiment I used one of Abby's stampsets from Dilo En Espanol called Mary La Catrina and the Jaded Blossom set called Picture This I got these great earrings as a gift for Abby and an embellishment for the card.
I hope you like my card/gift!

Here's the entire line up!
Hop will END with the Birthday Girl!!
Next on the hop is Jaymie!

December Jaded Blossom Challenge - Merry Christmas theme!

Hey, Y'all....I've been crafting like Christmas this week and I want to share some of what I've made.....Hope you enjoy and that you have a Very MERRY Christmas!

Sugar Shaker Jars - Made 18 of these for teacher gifts for my neice and nephew and co-worker treats for my hubby's work!

Our little girls Mercy and Libby have a bunch of puppy friends, so they made some crafts too!

I made these little cupcake holders for my co-workers.  I added a muffin mix, spatula and festive cupcake liners.
I put each lady's name on them.  I love these little cupcake holders!  I'm entering it in the Jaded Blossom monthly challenge!

I've made a few more crafts that I can't post yet.  he-he!  Hope you enjoyed what I've shown today.

Thanksgiving challenge at Jaded Blossom

Hey, Y'all....Stefani here and I wanted to share a little Thank You gift I gave to my doctor earlier this week!  I told him it was a little Thanksgiving treat as I am thankful that I found him and he takes such good care of me.  Honestly, I would shower him with gifts each time I see him, but I know it would embarrass, I was able to sneak this in as a holiday gift.

I used 4 different Jaded Blossom stamp sets (Here's the Scoop, Get Well Soon, Got Candy and Simple Saying 3).  I also used the Mini Tag Dies and the wood scoops.  I used a sugar shaker, candied chocolates in all white and some twine, too.

I "borrowed" this idea from one of Michelle's Thanksgiving treats.

SVG Cutting Files Boys &Their Toys challenge

Hey, Y'all.....I'm entering another challenge....It is with a company I have gotten to know over the last few months of having my Cameo and I really love their product.  The challenge is with SVG Cutting Files and the theme is Boys & Their Toys.  Go follow this great company and see their products in action at

I grabbed this cute file as soon as I saw it....It is a slider card that I converted to a gift card holder.  I'm gonna get to use this card over and over again, but loving it for a birthday gift.  I also used some Jaded Blossom Products including the "I love you more than my phone" sentiment.

Hope you like it:
A special thank you for my friend Abby for the inspiration and for sharing the app icon file.

Jaded Blossom Septemer Challenge - Gift Card theme

Hey, Y'all!
It has been a few months since I have entered into the Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge, but I really like to each month....It's been a crazy summer!

So, I have to tell you (most of you already know this)...I really like making gifts to give people!  I sometimes worry when I give a hand made gift the recipient will feel short changed, so making a gift card holder gives me the best of both worlds.  I get to make something for them and they also get a "real" gift.

The Jaded Blossom Challenge this month is Gift Card themed to celebrate their new Gift Card Die
My first project is my entry into the challenge.  I used all Jaded Blossom products to make this card.
I used the Fancy Topper Die to make the base of the card, cut it another time from patterned paper to place on top.  I used the Gift Card Die on the interior of the card base and Candy Charms and Banners Dies to create a charm on the cover.  I used Birthday Kisses on the charm and of course, the interior sentiment is also Jaded Blossom, but I couldn't find the link in the store.  This was a five minute simple card, which is great because often times I am not prepared even though every one's birthday happens each year!

Here's another gift using cash instead of a gift card....sometimes, cash is king!
I have wanted to make this cash box many times....The longest part was taping all the bills
together.  I can report that it will hold a least 100 bills!

The following gift card holders were all made with cut files from SVG Cutting Files.  I love their products....they just fit perfectly!  And, yes...the stamps are all Jaded Blossom!

Coffee set made for my boss' birthday!  She is a coffee freak!
Kindle Gift Card holder made for my Brother - in -law...I had the
inside scoop he was getting a new Fire for his birthday!

Beer Mug Gift Card for my hubby's b-day....well, you guessed it...he likes beer!  I was
going to get him a gift card to a local shop that has many different styles beer,
but decided not to limit him.  Turns out he spent it mostly on books!

Welcome Neighbor!

Hey, Y'all....This weekend we got new neighbors.  We have never had new neighbors (we are the new kids on the block and we've been here for 5 years), so I wasn't sure if people still do the welcome gifts for neighbors.  Then I thought....I'm gonna deploy the Golden Rule..and do what I would like to have done for me and mine!  I would love to have met my neighbors when we moved in.  I baked some chocolate chip cookies and make a little container to hold them.  I put a note on the back of the tag that included our names and numbers on it.  And, since I was using Jaded Blossom Stamps, I might as well enter this in their April Challenge!  I used the Treat Tag Die set for the tag and the Friendly Candies set for the Hello button in the middle.

Hope you like it....But, really hope the new neighbors do!  We are heading over to deliver this evening.

Jaded Blossom March Challenge

Hey, Y'all....Stefani here with a quick post about the little Easter Kit Kat cake I made.  I am very new to the Kit Kat cakes, but apparently if you look on Pinterest you will find tons of them.  My Aunt made one earlier this month and when I was thinking what to do for the Jaded Blossom challenge and what to take to a crop tomorrow, this was a no brainer for me.  I always call my crafty friends, my crafty Peeps!

I love the Jaded Blossom Easter Treats and I bought the set mostly for the for the "Peeps" stamp.  You will notice the stamp actually reads "Happy Easter to one of my favorite Peeps"!  Well, Michelle with Scrappin with my Bug and Jaded Blossom did a great tutorial on masking in which I learned how to alter stamp images. I used that technique to make my sign for my cake. I also used the Jaded Blossom Curly Label Die to make my sign.  Not to worry...Easter weekend I will be making dozens of treats using the stamp just as it is written!

Hope you like my cake!  Come back, soon!

Jaded Blossom January Challenge

Hey, Ya' I'm croppin' with my posse at Kropin Kat's!  We are having a blast....

Just completed my project for the Jaded Blossom Challenge this month.  I loved this little notepad hanger I got from the Silhouette store!  It holds a notepad, some pens and has a spot to change out a photo.  Love it.  I used the Jaded Blossom Fancy Topper Die, Simple Sayings 2 "Happy Everything" on the tag, Friendly Candies for the head of the thumb tack and a cute little calendar for added convenience.  What do you think?

(Note: this was a prior post, that I couldn't post because I couldn't add pictures.  I wanted to post it so you could see all the details of the project.  I hope you like it.)

Happy Valentine's Day treats!

Hey Y'all....It's Stefani,
It has been a bit since I have posted!  I was having an issue with adding pictures to blogger.
I'll get caught up on the posts I missed, but first I wanted to show you the little Valentines I made using Jaded Blossom stamp sets Got Candy? and Valentine's Candies and Flag Dies and Flag Dies 2.  I am entering it in the Jaded Blossom February Challenge.  They don't photograph very well, but they were a big hit!
