March Monthly Circle Challenge

Hi, all...here I am again with another challenge.  This one is to feature a wall decor item with at least 2 cuts from the Cricut and at least 3 colors.  So, I busted out my acrylic sheets from Clear Scraps and got to work....I cut out a frame background using Fancy Frames and stuck it to the back of the acrylic in vinyl.  I then cut out the words using the Calligraphy cartridge and then my little girl bug head from Car Decals and the dress form from French Manor using vinyl as well. I then placed those images on the front of the acrylic.  I punched a couple of holes at the top and hung it from a ribbon.

I can use this wall hanging two ways...I can put a picture of a project in the opening behind the acrylic or I can use it as a dry erase board.

Hope you enjoy....and drop by again, soon!

And the winner is....

Hi, All....I recently had a contest on my Facebook Fan page Styles by Stefani where everyone would just need to leave a comment saying what their favorite crafting supplies are.  Please make sure to be a fan of Styles by Stefani on Facebook as well as being a follower of my blog, so you are always in the know of my contests.

The winner was the Bling Dazzler , Kim.  She said her favorite craft supplies is of course....bling.

Here is her prize package....it was a bit of my crafty goodness straight from my own stash!

To hold Kim's prize, I made this milk carton and tag from Tag, Bags, Boxes and More 2 and the letter K from Letter Envy.  I am entering it in the Circle Monthly Magazine Challenge that features the Circle Cart Letter Envy.

Congrats, Kim and stop by often!

Monthly Magazine Challenge for Circle Magazine

………………………………………………………………………..

Magazine Letter Envy Challenge!

Hi, All....you will be seeing several projects using the Letter Envy Circle Cartridge from me over the next 2 - 1/2 weeks as that is the cartridge to be used in this month's challenge.

Just a quick update today --- April 6th to add a new project for the contest....

I made this shape card by welding two of the crest images from Letter Envy and cutting the crest layer for the cover.  I then used a few cuts from Love You a Latte and lastly a tag from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More for the sentiment.  Enjoy!

Below I created a Smash Book.  I used the Letter Envy Cartridge for the arrow charm on the front cover.  I also used a couple of tags (the lips and the paisley) from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2.  The last charm is my Circle Calling Card and I used Car Decals and Indie for that.  Hope you enjoy it and stay tuned for more!

As part of my "Do More Challenges" initiative....I am entering the item below in the Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge.

The challenge is:

Create a pin, necklace, bracelet or something else that you can wear on St. Patrick’s Day that includes the color green and include at least 2 Cricut Image Cuts.

So, I made this little pin using two Shamrock cuts from Paper Doll Dress Up and a tag from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More.  I also used the Jaded Blossom stamp set Luck O the Irish for the "Kiss Me...I may be Irish" sentiment (love that!!!).  Lastly I added a bit of baker's twine from The Twinery and a little Prima flower.

Cricut Circle Magazine Challenge

Today I made an entry for the Cricut Circle Magazine Challenge.  The challenge was to take one of the Circle Design team sketches and put your own spin on it.  I chose to make a St. Patrick's Day card to go with the little project I made earlier in the week for my hubby!

I used the rainbow from Create a Critter and the pot of gold from Paper Doll Dress Up.  I also used 5 Cuttlebug folders, 5 colors of twine from The Twinery and the sentiment is from Jaded Blossom stamp set Luck of the Irish.  Here is the sketch and my take on it....

I hope you enjoyed looking at my little project today....I'll keep on posting, so please keep on checking back!

Jaded Blossom March Challenge Entry

Hi!  Well, can you believe it two posts in two days....How is that possible?  Well, I am taking some time off from work right now and I am determined while I am doing that I am going to make as much fun stuff as I can and enter as many challenges and contests as possible.

I had an idea in my mind that I wanted to do for the Jaded Blossom monthly challenge, but that all went out the window when I saw this cute little candy container.  The challenge is to use green (my favorite color) and at least one Jaded Blossom product.  So, I used Green Stayz On ink and stamped using the Jaded Blossom Luck of the Irish stamp set.  I used a little Peapod baker's twine from The Twinery to tie the little candy scoop!  Viola....Got a cute little something for my hubby for St. Patrick's Day.  I filled it with Lemonhead candies as he loves lemon!

Thank you for checking out my project.  I hope you like it!  Check out www.jadedblossom.com for some super cute stamps and other products that will make your party favors and gift giving really easy and memorable!

Smash Book ---- Where's mine?

I made my niece a Smash Book last Summer for her 12th birthday.  I have been wanting to make one for myself ever since.  I am taking a few months off from work, so I think my first project will be to make myself a Smash Book.  I have a friend that jokes I never make anything for myself....well, here we go!

I wish I had taken pictures of the inside, but this is 8x8 and I used the DCWV
Doodlin' Around pad to make most of this.  This was the first thing I made with
my Bind it All.
